Bookings & Payments: All bookings for our services must be made in advance by contacting us. Payments must be made upfront before we commence work via check, credit card, bank transfer, or other approved means.

Cancellations/Refunds: You may cancel a booking by notifying us in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations within 15 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Custom design projects are not eligible for refunds once work has commenced.

Disclaimer: We disclaim any liability for damages or losses resulting from the services we provide. Our website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. All disputes shall be settled exclusively by the courts in Dhaka.
